A 20 minute workout to strengthen and tone all the muscles within the legs and glutes. Includes compound exercises to work these large muscle groups together and increase the heart rate.
A 60 minute workout to target all the major muscle groups. We work on the arms, shoulders, legs, glutes, abs and back. The workout varies every time to keep it interesting.
A 45 minute mat based workout. We work on strengthening the feet and mobilising the ankles to help improve balance. The flexibility work focuses on the hips and back to increase the range of movement within these areas.
A 45 minute mat based workout focusing on the hips, shoulders, neck and back. We do low impact, high intensity training to improve joint health and their functional range of motion.
A 30 minute session focusing on all the abdominal muscles as well as the back. This intense mat based session not only improves strength and tone but also leads to better balance and stability as well as good posture.
